Thanksgiving

Dear Friends,
Greetings from Vision for Asia
Praise God for holding us in his amazing grace through out this year. Even though there had been hard times that we went through this year the Lord has walked along with us to Comfort and uplift us. Thank you for standing on behalf of us; this has been a great source of encouragement to us. Your prayers and faithful support has enabled us to stand in the race and press forward leaving behind the past and looking on to the future.

With lots of shifts and changes life was never been the same, There are moments of frustration when we are told to vacate the house few days before Velma’s delivery. Then there has been moments of instant joy when little Joel was born and then the situations that lead us into depression and sorrow by his loss, followed by the process of grieving, phases of depression, moving of houses. Many changes in life with the loss, Life has taken a totally new shift in the mid of 2009.

It is amazing to see how some chapters in our lives pass so fast. Velma has come out of the depression by the grace of God and is now doing much better. Joann had hard time in adjusting to the new home and new school. It took some time for her to accept the loss and the new changes that came across. The Lord has enabled me (Isaac) to handle all the stressful situations and take care of the family and ministry. This month we have celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary.

The Lord has blessed the ministry in these tuff times. We were able to plant and build some new churches in the villages, the orphanage children are growing and this is encouraging to us. We were able to clear the boundaries of the property at vision campus, place a gate and work on the field to cultivate. The farm house and the boy’s toilets have been twice hit by wind storms. The Lord saved three lives form this storm and only some loss of the property. There were severe floods and some of the villages and churches have been affected. The Lord has enabled some of the believers and pastors to come to normal life after the floods. We were able to do some relief work in different places and showed the love of Jesus. The Lord has opened door for the construction of the VFA multi utility building that serves for church, training center, office, house of prayer Etc. We believe that this building will be functional in the New Year.

Thank you once again for all your prayers and faithful support. You have enables us to do this, we are blessed to have friends like you who join hands to build his kingdom in this part of the world. Your support has been a great blessing. You can’t imagine how impact it has brought to the ministry.
A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND A BLESSED NEW YEAR!!!!!!
Blessings and Love
Isaac Velma and Joann
